We will be avoiding white bread, white pasta, white rice, sweets/, chocolate, fizzy drinks, concentrated juice, fruit juice, fruit smoothies (organic fresh-pressed juice allowed), cakes & doughnuts, pastries, fast food, ice cream, breakfast bars etc.
